Mary Magdalene Balm

Two thousand years ago Mary Magdalene and therapists from Alexandria used ingredients from the balm in many ways. First it was used in the ritual of “anointing of feet " then it was used as an all-round help to all sorts of skin diseases. The balm has a stimulating effect on both the etheric and physical body. The balm works calming, balancing, muscle relaxing, and opens the energy. The balm is used therapeutically and has conditioning properties. It is very useful for minor wounds and cuts.

The balm contains Nardostachys Jatamansi and Frankincense oil. Both oils have been used in the Ayurvedic tradition for both meditation and curing of diseases.

How do I apply the balm therapeutically?

The Mary Magdalene Balm is a good help if you feel discomfort or sick in the body. Discomfort can also be emotional imbalances like anger, sadness, jealousy and so on.

Sit in a chair or another comfortable position and feel the body, breathe deeply a few times and let the stillness arrive. In this neutral mode you locate where the discomfort or sickness concentrates in the body. Once the place is identified, gently begin using the balm in this area.

In addition, it has been proven that the balm is good at creating "grounding" - and babies with anxiety and stomach problems really like getting their feet gently massaged with the Mary Magdalene Balm, daily.

Massage the feet right before bedtime and you will experience greater peace and relaxation.

We recommend that you do not lubricate the whole body with the balm. It is not necessary. An area around 15 x 15 cm of the body surface will be suitable. Little but good works here - less is more.

Notes! The balm is not a substitute for psychological or medical assistance, but can be supportive for e.g. a therapy procedure.
